Collect guest photos
Your wedding photographer captures the curated shots. Your guests capture everything else — and most of it never reaches you. Lovento fixes that with one shared gallery and a QR code on every table.
A simple system
FROM TABLE CARD TO GALLERY
Step 1 — Print one QR code
Get your event QR code from the dashboard and put it on table cards, signage, or the welcome desk.
Step 2 — Guests scan and upload
Guests scan during the day, send photos in seconds. No app, no signup, no friction.
Step 3 — Watch the gallery fill up
Photos arrive in real time. Refresh during dinner and see the morning getting-ready shots already in the gallery.
Step 4 — Download everything
A few days after the wedding, request a ZIP archive of every photo. Save it to your laptop, your external drive, your favourite cloud.
Catch the photos professionals miss
Guest photos cover the moments your photographer wasn't in the room for — the first dance from your dad's angle, the kids at the dessert table, the after-party at 2am.
No more guilt-tripping for photos
Stop sending "did you ever send those photos?" messages two months after the wedding. Photos land in your gallery automatically.
Common questions
COLLECTING GUEST PHOTOS
How many photos do guests usually upload?
On average, weddings on Lovento collect 300–1,500 guest photos. The more visible the QR code, the more guests contribute.
Will guests forget to upload?
A printed QR code on every table is the single best reminder. A short note from the MC or a slide on the projector also helps massively.
Can guests upload videos too?
Yes. Both photos and short videos can be uploaded through the same QR code.
What about photos guests take after the wedding?
The upload link stays open as long as you keep your event active — most couples leave it open for one to two weeks after the wedding.
Do we have to moderate every photo?
Not by default — the gallery is private, only guests with the link can upload. From your dashboard you can delete any photo or block any guest if needed.
