QR code wedding gallery
Print one QR code, put it on every table, and watch your wedding gallery fill itself. Lovento gives you a single link guests scan to upload photos — no app, no signup, no friction.
Why couples choose a QR gallery
ONE CODE, EVERY MEMORY
A QR code per event
Every event gets a unique QR code linked to its private upload page. Print it on table cards, signage, or your save-the-date.
Scan to upload, scan to view
The same QR code opens the gallery or the upload page depending on what guests choose. Two flows, one code.
Live updates as photos arrive
Photos appear in your gallery within seconds. Project them on a screen at the reception for a live photo wall.
No printable handouts gone to waste
The QR code never expires. You can keep collecting photos for weeks after the wedding — perfect for honeymoon catch-ups.
Mobile-first design
The upload page is built for phones first. Guests can shoot, pick from camera roll, or upload multiple photos at once.
You own the photos
Download everything to your computer at any time. Nothing is locked behind a paywall, and we never use your media for anything else.
QR code FAQ
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
How do I print the QR code for my wedding?
From your event dashboard, click "Get QR code" to download a high-resolution PNG. Drop it into Canva, your stationery template, or take it straight to a print shop.
Does the QR code work offline?
The QR code itself is just a link, so scanning works without internet. Uploading photos needs a connection — most venues have Wi-Fi, and mobile data uploads work fine too.
Can I change the QR code after I print it?
The QR code maps to your event URL, which never changes once your event is created. So you can print early and the code will keep working for years.
Is there a guest limit on the QR code?
No. The same QR code works for unlimited guests. Whether ten people scan it or three hundred, all their photos end up in the same shared gallery.
What happens to the QR code after the wedding?
It keeps working as long as your event is active. Most couples leave it open for one to two weeks after the wedding so guests can upload the photos they took on the way home.
